30-day money back
No trial period, because Free is the trial. If a paid tier turns out not to be worth it, you get the money back within 30 days.
Perpetual fallback (Pro)
After 12 paid months, you keep the version current at that time — including its patch releases — permanently. Local Pro features only; Managed AI and hosted sync require an active subscription.
No account for local features
Free runs without an email address. Licence keys are verified offline; there is no phone-home.
VAT
Private customers in the EU see gross prices (incl. VAT). Businesses see net prices, with reverse charge against a VAT ID — Team prices are quoted excl. VAT.
